📜 IGNITE CUP — TOURNAMENT RULES 1. Registration All players must register through the official Vanguard India Gaming registration platform. Players must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Once registered, player/team details may not be changed without approval from the tournament admins. Only successfully registered teams/players will be eligible to participate. 2. Eligibility Participants must meet the eligibility requirements specified by the tournament organizers. Players may be required to provide valid identification or account information for verification. One player cannot represent multiple teams in the same tournament. Any attempt to register using false information may result in disqualification. 3. Team & Player Rules Teams must play with their officially registered roster. Only registered players are allowed to participate in official matches. Substitutions, if permitted, must be approved by the tournament administration before the match. Sharing accounts or allowing another person to play on your account is strictly prohibited. 4. Match Rules Players must join the match/lobby within the time announced by tournament officials. Players are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a properly functioning device. Match rooms/lobbies must be joined using the information provided by the tournament admins. Players must follow all instructions provided by tournament officials. Deliberately delaying a match or refusing to cooperate with admins may result in penalties. 5. Fair Play Fair competition is mandatory. The following are strictly prohibited: Cheats or hacks Game exploits or unauthorized bugs Third-party software that provides an unfair advantage Scripts, macros, or unauthorized modifications Account sharing Collusion between teams/players Match fixing or intentional manipulation of results Any other method intended to gain an unfair competitive advantage Any confirmed violation may result in immediate disqualification. 6. Disconnects & Technical Issues Players are responsible for their own internet connection, device and game client. Individual disconnects will generally not result in a match restart. A restart may only be ordered by tournament administrators in the event of a major technical or tournament-related issue. Players should immediately report serious technical problems to the admins. 7. Proof & Evidence Tournament officials may request: Screenshots Match results Gameplay recordings Screen recordings Player IDs Other relevant evidence Players must cooperate with reasonable verification requests. Failure to provide requested evidence may affect the outcome of a dispute. 8. Conduct & Sportsmanship All participants are expected to maintain professional behaviour. The following are not permitted: Abusive or threatening behaviour Hate speech Harassment Personal attacks Excessive toxicity Spamming or intentional disruption Impersonating tournament officials Respect your opponents, teammates and tournament staff. 9. Match Results & Scoring Match results will be recorded according to the official tournament scoring system. Tournament administrators have the final authority to verify results. Any scoring disputes must be reported within the time period specified by the admins. Once results are officially confirmed, they may not be changed without a valid administrative reason. 10. Disqualification A team/player may be disqualified for: Cheating or hacking Providing false registration information Using an unregistered player Account sharing Match manipulation Serious misconduct Repeatedly violating tournament instructions Any action that compromises competitive integrity Disqualification decisions made by the tournament administration are final. 11. Prize Distribution The total tournament prize pool is ₹10,000. Prizes will be distributed to eligible winners after the tournament results have been verified. Winners may be required to provide accurate payment/KYC information for prize processing. Any applicable verification or payment requirements must be completed by the winners. Prize distribution timelines may vary depending on verification and processing. 12. Admin Authority Tournament administrators reserve the right to: Investigate suspicious activity Review gameplay and match evidence Issue penalties Modify match arrangements when necessary Restart a match in exceptional circumstances Disqualify players or teams violating tournament rules Make final decisions regarding disputes and tournament integrity The decision of the tournament administration will be final in matters concerning tournament operations and competitive integrity.
